At Custom Snappies, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the return label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
